It’s never been easier to order your Summit Season Pass. You may order online now or purchase your pass in-person at any open guest services location.
Please Note: Summit West guest services is closed during the summer. Summit West guest services will be open daily from 9am-4pm starting November 6, 2017.
During the summer all passes are mailed to passholders.
Each year you will be issued a new season pass if you chose to renew. Feel free to keep former season passes for posterity, but make sure to bring your current one when you want to hit the slopes!
You can have season pass photos taken at any open guest services location. Summit West guest services will be open daily from 9am-4pm starting November 6, 2017.

2017-2018 Season Passes: Returning 2016-17 passholders do not need to submit a new photo. All others are required to have a new photo in our system before the pass can be printed.
Parents – your kids are growing – please help us keep their pictures current by getting new pictures taken as soon as possible after ordering their pass.
Photos and guest info may be uploaded when you set up an account or add a guest during the checkout process. Photos, guest info, and credit card info can also be updated by using Guest Lookup. Look yourself up by typing in your name and date of birth, then click on “upload photo” to update your photo, or click "edit" to update your information or update your credit card on file.
Returning 2016-17 Summit passholders do not need to upload a new pass photo. If you did not have a 2016-17 season pass a new photo is required.
If you're using our payment plan option, please make sure your credit card on file is valid and will not expire before the last scheduled payment. Thank you!

While we are still open for the season passes are not mailed, passes can be picked up at any open guest services location except for Silver Fir Lodge. Guest services locations correspond to each base area's hours. If you would like your pass mailed please let us know via email at email@example.com. Passes not picked up will be mailed after we have closed for the season if the photo is up to date.
Passes purchased after we have closed for the season will be mailed sporadically through the summer months and often take 2-3 weeks to be mailed. Sometimes delivery may take longer than 3 weeks.
During the fall and winter you can pick up your Season Pass in person at Summit West Guest Services, open daily in the fall from 9am - 4pm.
If you opted for 2017-2018 Take-Home Rentals, they will be available for pick up next fall. Dates for pick up are yet to be determined and will be announced in the fall. Look for correspondence via email.
Washington State sales tax of 8.6% will be applied to all sales.
You must upgrade in person at one of our Guest Services locations. Please be sure to bring your existing pass with you.
Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If, however, you have an extraordinary hardship we will be happy to take your request into consideration. Please keep in mind that any refund request granted will be prorated and a $25 processing fee may apply. Guests with extreme circumstances that prevent them from using their pass are most often “rolled over” into passes for the following season. To inquire please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

The Summit Gold Pass has been discontinued and is no longer available. The Summit Unlimited now includes many of the old Gold Pass benefits, but it does not offer discounts or visits to Crystal Mountain.

You can also find your season pass number on your pass. The pass number starts with the character 'P'. However, the 'P' should not be included when entering the number in our store to renew your season pass.
