Designed for advanced and expert adult skiers who are looking to challenge themselves and improve their technical and tactical racing skills. The program is a great training resource for skiers who compete in PNSA Masters races, ex-racers looking to get back into the gates for fun, and high-level recreational skiers looking to advance their skills.

  • Registration includes access to training three nights a week, for eight weeks
  • Previous racing experience is not required
  • Black ability level and beyond only - levels 7 and up

The Masters Race Training Program is finished for the 23-24 season. Thanks for joining us this winter, we look forward to seeing you again next season! Watch for program registration and have a wonderful spring and summer.

Training Session Options & Dates

Masters Race sessions run from 6:30pm - 8:30pm each night we have training scheduled. Athletes can choose to come to whichever night(s) listed below that fit their schedule best.

PROGRAM DETAILS

What's Included

This program includes coaching or gate bashing sessions for the dates and times shown above. Registration includes access to each night/date of training, and participants may choose which nights they want to train each week. Training may be canceled or postponed at any time due to conditions or road closures, always check this page prior to leaving for updates. Mountain access in the form of a lift ticket or season pass is required, but not included. Ski equipment (skis, boots, poles, etc) is required, but not included.

The Masters Race Training program is headed up by USSS Level II Coach John Forsen and supported by USSS Level II coaches and active racers; including Tim Reinhardt, Rand Little, Rich Murakami, Taylor Rich, John Crim and Canadian National racer Murray Greenwood.
